The internal materials of the extruder should be discharged as much as possible, so that the residue in the barrel is less, and at the same time A small amount of pure resin introduces part of the residual powder coating material. Since only the residual heat of the extruder can be utilized at this time, the amount of pure resin added cannot be too much.
If some of the extruder's main motor is directly connected to the gearbox and there is no rocker to rotate the motor, the cooling water of the cooling system can be increased, so that the temperature of the extruder barrel and the screw can be quickly cooled down to prevent the squeeze.
