.Remove the nozzle and the connection between the nozzle and the barrel.
.Separate the screw's rear key connection from the drive shaft.
.Remove the connecting flange and move the screw forward.
.When the head of the screw emerges from the barrel, immediately remove the screw head connection thread (Note: The threads here are mostly left-handed).
.Remove the check ring and seal ring on the screw.
.Disassemble the nozzle, check ring, seal ring and screw, and immediately use hot brush and shovel tools to clean the residue in various parts. Special hard-to-clean adhesives should be heated in an oven at a temperature that softens the material, and then remove the residue.
.Put the parts on the screw together and apply molybdenum disulfide heat-resistant grease to each screw connection to facilitate the next disassembly.
.Screws that are not to be used temporarily should be coated with protective oil after the surface is clean, wrapped, and hung in a safe and ventilated place.
