The diameter of the inner bore of the barrel after grinding is much larger. At this time, the screw should be re-formed according to the new diameter of the inner diameter of the barrel. The outer diameter of the new screw spiral is determined according to the diameter of the inner hole of the newly repaired machine, in order to ensure the matching clearance between the two parts.
2. If the surface of the bore of the barrel is severely worn, there is no nitride layer. The method of repairing the barrel can be as follows: firstly, the inner hole of the machine is turned on the lathe, the rough surface generated after the abrasion is removed, a new diameter of the inner diameter of the larger diameter is generated, and then the surface of the inner hole is cast again. The layer wear-resistant alloy, the thickness is about 1-2mm, and then machined and ground to the inner diameter of the original barrel.
3.
